- Dress loose. Track suit bottoms and a t-shirt is perfect
- Bring water and a towel
- Arrive 10 min before the class starts
- Bring a positive attitude
- Remove any jewelery
- Normal trainers are fine (Banbury requires clean indoor shoes)
- No fear! Our classes are safe and welcoming
